My first real job in tech, and what a place to start. At Codeminer42 I wore every hat: building internal tools, mentoring trainees, writing for the blog, presenting brownbags, and shipping code for clients across different stacks. Consulting taught me to learn fast and adapt faster. This is where I grew from "I can code" to "I can engineer."
